The Board has reviewed the proposed contractor roles against our current needs and development as an organisation. After a review process with a SportNZ advisor, it has been determined to recruit for a part-time Administrator. Between Administrator and GM roles, it is believed that the Administrator role will provide a stable base for the sport operations, and deliver a number of our core day-to-day tasks. Our previous General Manager role and responsibilities will be distributed across the various subcommittees and the Board, until such time as the organisation can financially support a General Manager in addition to the Administrator.
