UPDATED:

The motions for the Constitutional & Rule changes required to support the outcome of the 2016 Restructure Ballot earlier this year.

The password to access the ballot on Friday 12th August has been emailed to those eligible to vote. 

Please check your spam/junk folders if you did not receive this, then if still not received, please email [email protected] to advise of this.

Note that paper copies will be posted and should be received Saturday or Monday.

The Ballot to vote on these motions will open on the 12th August 2016 and close at 8pm on the 25th August 2016.

As before only those members eligible will be able to vote, and only 1 electronic vote per email address, with the other members voting at that same email address receiving paper ballots via the post to complete.  For those voting electronically you will receive a password a few days prior which will be needed to open the link to the ballot when this is emailed to you.

Please ensure you are familiar with the motions, what they mean and vote.  If you are unsure of the outcome of these changes contact your club, District, relevant convener or the Board of Archery NZ.
